Embrace Ukraine
Solidarity concerts for Ukraine are a sign of solidarity between the classical music industry as well as jazz, rock, pop and rap across Europe with Ukraine after the Russian attack from 24 February 2022.
On 21 June 2022, Conchita performed at the international charity TV marathon “Embrace Ukraine - #StrivingTogether” by Atlas Festival and 1+1, arranged in support of Ukraine with the participation of former Eurovision winners. The event took place at the Museum Square in Amsterdam with an objective to raise funds for purchasing medical equipment for health care facilities that assist wounded and injured people during the war in Ukraine.
