European Parliament Brussels
On 8 October 2014, Eurovision Song Contest Winner Conchita Wurst performed on Esplanade Solidarność in front of the European Parliament in Brussels.
The event was hosted by EP Vice-President Ulrike Lunacek (Greens/EFA), Dennis De Jong (GUE/NGL), Sophie In't Veld (ALDE), Sirpa Pietikäinen (EPP) and Daniele Viotti (S&D).
The Esplanade Solidarność is located in front of the entrance of the Parliament facing Place du Luxembourg. Right before the concert Conchita Wurst took also part in a press conference in the press room of the European Parliament and an autograph session in the Parlamentarium.
