ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag) is an annual four-day music showcase festival and conference held in Groningen, the Netherlands. The first three days of the festival (Eurosonic) feature artists from all over Europe, the last day of the festival (Noorderslag) features only Dutch artists. Several awards are presented during the festival.

WURST presented his new album "Truth Over Magnitude" at the Eurosonic Festival in Stadsschouwburg Groningen on 15 January 2020.

On 17 January, he presented the Music Moves Europe Talent Awards.

During his stay, he announced that he wanted to move to Amsterdam for around two months in 2020 for a creative break: a plan that could not be implemented due to the pandemic.
