Eurovision PreParty Riga 2014
After Conchita Wurst was nominated as the Austrian participant at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, she went on a number of trips abroad to increase her own profile in other participating countries.
On 29 March 2014, she performed in Latvia at the first-ever Eurovision preParty Riga, organized by the Eurovision Club Latvia. Despite being the first edition, there was huge interest from Latvian press and Eurovision fans, also some foreign journalist attended the party.
