Linzer Krone Fest 2012
The Linzer Krone Fest is an annual music and cultural event in Linz, admission to all concerts is free. With 12 stages, the Linzer Krone Fest, which has been taking place since 2000, is one of the largest open-air concerts in Upper Austria. It is largely sponsored by the Kronen Zeitung, commonly known as the 'Krone' [Engl.: Crown], one of Austria's largest newspapers.
In 2012, the 12th edition of the Krone Fest was held on 17 - 18 August. Conchita Wurst performed on 17 August 2012 on the main stage. Before that, she met fans for an autograph session at PlusCity, a shopping center in Pasching near Linz.
