The show “Starnacht” [Engl.: ‘Star Night’] is a music event that has been taking place in Austria since the year 2000. The concept of the show combines the components of a colourful mixed music show with national and international artists and a stage concept with modern show technology in front of the backdrop of the respective venue.

In addition to the TV broadcast, the entire event includes a dress rehearsal and many side and VIP events related to the “Starnacht” itself, such as a golf tournament and several parties.

Since 2012 there has always been an additional show from the Wachau (Lower Austria) in late summer for the usual “Starnacht am Wörthersee”. The “Star Nights” have been moderated since 2015 by Alfons Haider and German television presenter Barbara Schöneberger.

Conchita was a guest on the show for the third time and presented her songs “Firestorm” and “Where Have All The Good Men Gone”.
